We may cancel an order in case of product unavailability, payment failure, technical pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests may be made before an order is dispatched.

Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee reservation of the product until the order is successfully completed.

If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will offer a suitable resolution or refund.
